Does the VSTONE™ and VSTONE™ Plus PPF turn yellow over time?
No. Both series are equipped with advanced UV inhibitors and are rigorously tested to resist yellowing and degradation from sun exposure.
How thick is VSTONE™ PPF?
Our PPF are typically available in industry-standard thicknesses, with the most common options being 6.5 mil and 8.5 mil (including the adhesive layer).
Does it have self-healing capabilities?
Yes. Both VSTONE™ and VSTONE™ Plus series feature self-healing technology that repairs minor scratches and swirl marks with mild heat (from sun or warm water).

The film has a shelf life of 36 months when stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry place.

Can PPF be applied to matte paint?
Yes, we offer a dedicated matte finish PPF that provides exceptional protection while preserving the original satin texture of the factory matte paint without adding gloss.
How should I clean and maintain the PPF?
Hand wash your car with a mild, pH-neutral soap and soft microfiber towels. Avoid anything abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners, as they can dull the film.
Can PPF be applied over vinyl wraps?
We don’t recommend it. PPF’s adhesive is formulated to bond permanently with your vehicle’s factory clear coat. Applying it over vinyl creates a weak point of failure, as it will only adhere to the wrap itself, not the paint. This can lead to premature lifting, peeling, and an imperfect finish. For optimal results, PPF should always be installed directly onto the paint.
Do you offer colored or tinted PPF?
We specialize in clear and matte PPF currently. Custom tinted films are available for bulk orders.
